Wire Works Coastal Smoke is a dual maturation of the distilleries lightly-peated spirit, distilled with two sets of cut points for added complexity, initially matured in first fill ex-bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill, and finished in Islay whisky barrels. Nose: Baked vanilla cheesecake, lemon meringue, campfire ash, candied ginger, fruit salad sweets, fresh pineapple juice, smoked meats, murray mints.
