Aged for 18 Years Cask Type: 45% bourbon and 55% sherry casks Bottled: 07.07.21 Nose: The nose is sweet and syrupy from the outset, with hints of honeycomb, violets, raisins and a strawberry undertone. Palate: Hazelnuts and liquorice dominate the palate, mingling nicely with the subtle Springbank smokiness from the peat, delivering the tell tale maritime funk.
