Henstone Old Dog Corn Liquor 70cl 41.5% This is a ‘Bourbon Equivalent’ called Old Dog Corn Liquor – produced from a 68% corn, 16% wheat and 16% barley mash which, following fermentation is distilled by in Hilda, the 1000 litre pot/column hybrid still and then matured in new American oak casks for around twelve months.
