The Wood Brothers - 6th generation Cotswold farmers and master distillers - painstakingly and meticulously mill and mash the single estate Diddly Squat wheat, leaving it to ferment before distilling it in one of their beautifully engineered stills, then adding purified water to create a vodka with a smooth, creamy texture and just a hint of the grain from whence it came.
