PEDRO XIMÉNEZ CASK FINISH This Carpathian Single Malt expression is a double distilled whisky, matured for three years initially in a 53-gallon 1st fill ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels of white American oak this whisky was then carefully transferred to a 500L Spanish sherry barrel previously holding Pedro Ximénez for many years.
