The Grande Stainless Steel Chapa is the perfect flat-plate for cooking everything from vegetables and perfect fish, to smash burgers, through to a Full English fry up! Sometimes also called a Plancha , it's designed to work in combination with our modular cooking system. It occupies one of the two grill sides, so you can carry on cooking something completely different on the other. It sits perfectly on one of the Grande Grill frames, giving you full heat control.
