Each month, The Korean Pantry will feature a new Kimchi, inspired by the seasons and our Chef’s passion for experimenting with textures and flavours. “With Summer comes new varieties of vegetables. I want the Kimchi Collection to highlight this and chose to make a Kimchi with freshly harvested onions : Yangpa Kimchi. I chose to use a trio of White onions, Red onions and Spring onions. Yangpa Kimchi will evolve with time. At first, a bit crunchy, it will be perfect to eat alongside grilled meats and skewers. When a little more mature, it will soften and will be a fantastic base for a quick Kimc
