The best quality veal we can find from Limousin, France. Calves are bred for meat not a by product of the dairy industry. They are kept with their mothers and Milk fed until they are killed at 6 months. Bone in chops cut from the loin. Average weight 350g These should be fried to get a nice colour and finished in the oven or grilled.
