Four meaty pieces of pork belly marbled with fat and marinated ready for the barbecue just choose your marinade from the drop-down box. Average weight 250 300g per belly strip. Remove from the packaging and shake off any excess marinade. Place on the hot grills of the barbecue, cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown with caramelised fat and cooked through. If the weather isn’t looking optimistic, you can gently braise in the oven at 160°C fan, covered with a light layering of foil for 1 hour.
