A deliciously tender mini t-bone steak cut from the lamb loin, with the added treat of the fillet still attached. Perfect when fried or grilled. Allow two per person, each pack of two weighs approximately 250g. Remove from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature before cooking. Lightly season then grill or fry until blushing pink the middle. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
