Our famous Borough Market sausage roll only bigger. The giant sausage roll measures exactly one foot long, weighing in at just under a kilo. Here we’ve given our traditional recipe a creamy, tangy twist with the addition of rich stilton cheese. Each roll is generously filled and every component is made entirely from scratch by our wonderful team of butchers and pastry chefs. First our butchers make the sausage meat, trimming and mincing a blend of pork belly and shoulder, which is then seasoned with our traditional blend of herbs and spices and spiked with a spectacularly rich stilton.
