The lamb merguez sausage roll swaps out our traditional recipe pork sausage for a delightfully bright and spiced lamb mince filling. Our butchers begin with the same high quality lamb you ll find in any of counters, which we trim and mince, then season with a combination of Cumberland spice blend and hot harissa.
