Our diced lamb is a flavourful combination of tender shoulder and neck fillet, perfect for curries, casseroles and Tim s favourite Lancashire Hotpot. Approximate weight 250g. Stew or braise for at least an hour at a simmer. For melt-in-your-mouth meat, cook on a very low temperature for up to 3 hours.
