A dangerously moreish, sweet chilli jam for dolloping, dipping and glazing. Extremely versatile for the cook; swirl over sausages, pep up a stir-fry or use as the base to glaze sticky ribs or a dressing to toss crispy fried chicken wings in. Or simply put a pot on the table and dip in (almost) anything you like, from spring rolls and crisp tempura to sausages rolls and scotch Eggs . A recipe first created in the kitchen of our Askew Road shop, inspired by a Thai-style Sweet Chilli Sauce.
