Gaining popularity, leg is more flavourful, moist and cheaper than breast. Our chicken legs are taken from high welfare chickens, barn reared to 60 days on the Nidderdale farm in North Yorkshire. Subtle and delicate in flavour, which is what people usually want in a portioned chicken. 1 Leg Average weight 250-300g Can be used for any number of dishes including marinating and roasting at 180C fan for 35-40 minutes depending on the size of the legs.
