Tender, buttery leeks and silky, slow-roast chicken in a creamy sauce, wrapped in our buttery homemade shortcrust pastry. Our pies are made from scratch in our own Bermondsey kitchen, using the same high quality meat you ll find in our counters and fresh, homemade pastry. They are sold pre-baked, ready to reheat in the oven. Heat the oven to 180°C. Place the pie on a baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes, until piping hot throughout. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serves one very hungry person or two with a generous side of mash, vegetables and gravy.
