A classic blood pudding made with breadcrumbs and spices, flecked with nuggets of tender, tasty pork fat that render as you cook it. Fry for a couple of minutes either side or use to make a rather delicious stuffing for a roast chicken. 4 Slices Must be cooked, we recommend slicing and fry in butter or, even better, bacon fat.
