This hearty, homemade lasagne is a nostalgia-packed classic guaranteed to add some warmth to your mid-week meals. The dish is cooked from scratch in our Bermondsey kitchen by our expert team of chefs, starting with the rich beef ragu made with the same high quality, grass fed beef mince you ll find in our butchery counters. The ragu is then layered with Egg pasta, delicately creamy rosemary and thyme b chamel, and a generous sprinkling of Grana Padano DOP cheese just pop into the oven, serve with leafy greens and a juicy glass of the Butcher s All Rounder. Each lasagne weighs approximately 1Kg
