For all the barbecue and smoking aficionados out there, these chips come personally recommended by Head Sausage Maker and master of the smoker, Josie. Cherrywood produces a unique and aromatic smoke, almost pink in colour. This imparts a tangy, sweet, smoky flavour, perfect for lighter meats and poultry.
