The English Heavily Smoked Cask Fusion is a very rare bottling for us, marrying together whisky from 4 different cask types to create a whisky with layers of flavour. Limited to just 1,002 bottles this is definitely one for the drinks cabinet. THE CASKS A secret mix of four different cask types. THE NOSE Black cherry and sweet vanilla custard give way to wine and bonfire smoke over time. A little water increases the smoke. THE PALATE The cherries are still there but with molasses, gingerbread and a little vanilla. A dash of water brings out the smoke and wood. THE FINISH The fruits give way to
