Our Cotswolds Whisky Amaro Liqueur No.1 is a fresh, fruity liqueur with floral notes and a slightly bitter finish, made by blending select botanicals with our award-winning Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky. This whisky liqueur was conceived in the tradition of an Italian ‘amaro’ - a bittersweet, herbal liqueur - and is best enjoyed at the end of a meal as a digestif, well-chilled or on the rocks.
