A true expression of Cotswolds character, this single cask whisky was filled in 2017 and matured full term in a 1st fill ex-Bourbon barrel, right here in the heart of the Cotswolds. Released to mark our 12th birthday, it felt right to choose a cask that says everything about who we are and how we make it. Generous notes of vanilla lead the way, layered with a distinct almond and walnut character and soft stone fruit from the spirit itself.
