Ten 7g gold foiled eggs dark chocolate eggs, made from Ecuadorian 66% single origin dark chocolate with sourdough crumbs and Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt. The 66% Ecuador dark chocolate for these eggs is made using beans from Ecuador and is then mixed with sourdough crumbs from the Pump St bakery to make a sophisticated treat with flavours of malt and deep cocoa. The Halen Môn sea salt elevates the flavour, creating a delightful contrast between the smooth, malty chocolate and the satisfying crunch of sourdough.
