PMNEO Type Permanent Magnetic Chucks PMNEO Type Permanent Magnetic Chucks are super strong, compact plates for heavy machining. Parts from approximately 30x15x6 mm can be clamped with maximum achievable holding forces. Even on rough surfaces, good holding forces are still achieved. Optionally, tooling bars can be mounted on the PMNEO, allowing the workpiece to be raised for full accessibility. This design facilitates drilling holes on the magnetic clamping plate while providing more space for chips to accumulate around the component, ensuring that even long-running HSC milled parts do not sink
