Our Herbarium collection began as a hand-painted wallpaper. Inspired by the bedroom of 18th century Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus’ home, Tess painted plant studies onto individual sheets of parchment paper and pasted them in an overlapping decoupage style. This bespoke project lead to our first wallpaper design. Herbarium Wildflower Fabric brings the joy and colour of an English country meadow, and includes ferns, bluebells, primroses, forget-me-nots, strawberries and wild roses.
