Our low water cut-out thermostat is a spare part for our knife sterilisers The thermostat is designed to detect when the knife steriliser runs low on water and is designed to shut the heating element down when this happens. When the water level in the knife steriliser drops and the tip is no longer immersed in water, the electrical circuit is tripped and a low water shutoff occurs.
