To install, crimp a stop ferrule to the end of the cable (stop ferrule not supplied), insert cable through the centre of the cone - then screw cone down onto the threaded pillar. Screw the base onto a flat surface to tension (screws not supplied). A second cable can also be inserted through a horizontal hole at the base
