This is my English Breakfast: breakfast tea as it should taste, with no twist, no frills and no funny business. It is the everyday, loose-leaf cup I would happily hand to anyone, a proper full-bodied brew to start the day. It is a classic blend, built on Assam for body and backbone, with black teas from China and Kenya to round it out. The result is rich and malty with a note of cask oak, brisk enough to wake you up and smooth enough to keep you company all morning.
