If you love rooibos, let me introduce its cousin. Honeybush comes from the same corner of the world, the fynbos of South Africa, and from a close botanical relative: a shrub called Cyclopia. Like rooibos, it is not a tea at all but a naturally caffeine-free infusion, so it is a lovely thing to reach for in the evening. The name is well earned.
