Ingredients: 50ml Tack Room Rhubarb Blood Orange Gin 25ml Cream de Cacao 25ml Strawberry Liquor 15ml Half and Half 10ml Pasteurised egg white (or egg white substitute) Ice Garnish Raspberry to float in centre of drink Method Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
