Ingredients: 60ml Tack Room Distillery London Dry Gin 25 ml fresh lime sour mix 15ml sugar syrup 6-10 mint leaves Ice Garnish A single mint leave Method Add all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled glass. To make 500ml sour mix Squeeze 250ml fresh citrus juice (lemon or lime depending on the drinks you want to make). Then combine with an equal measure of sugar syrup.
