Ingredients: 30ml Tack Room Rhubarb Blood Orange Gin 30ml Martini Extra Dry Vermouth 30ml Lemon Juice 22.5ml Raspberry Syrup 15ml Pasteurised egg white (or egg white substitute) Ice Garnish Raspberry to float in centre of drink Method Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
