Ingredients: 50ml Tack Room Distillery London Dry Gin 10ml fresh lime juice 60ml blood orange juice 25ml fresh grapefruit 15ml agave nectar Splash of soda Ice Garnish Thinly sliced blood orange or Grapefruit Salt rim (optional) Method Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with a little grapefruit juice and dip into a saucer of salt to coat the rim.
