Drop a miniature on its round base into one of these converters and it is held by friction on a larger round footprint — no glue, no rebasing, nothing removed from the model. The top edge sits flush, and an open underside lets you push the base back out without gripping the model, so a finished, painted miniature can move up a size and go back again. That covers rules changes, unit re-roles, a D D character stepping up a size, or a big model needing a steadier footprint. Sizes run from 20 mm rounds up to 200 mm, and a base can usually move up one step or several — a 25 mm base can go to 28, 32
