The Penny End Locking Staple Black Beeswax is designed to be fitted to our Suffolk Latch Black . A locking staple is a privacy lock, fitted to the latch bar side of the thumb latch. The pin is secured by a leather lanyard and prevents the latch bar from rising out of the keeper. Penny end locking staples are hand forged from mild steel and have a classic black beeswax finish.
