HL hinges are a traditional style of hinge ideal for ledge brace doors, panel doors and cupboards. The L part of the hinge is designed to run parallel to the top and bottom edges of the door. An authentic period hinge hand forged from mild steel with a classic black beeswax finish. Co-ordinate with our range of Hand Forged door furniture and accessories. Please note: Beeswax is used as a natural protective layer and can be sticky to touch. Excess wax can be removed with a mild solvent and a soft cloth. Maintain your hand forged item with an occasional rub of beeswax. Not recommended for extern
