Light Porter – 4.3% Brewed once a year in the depths of winter, Sloe Road is a light but complex porter with the addition of foraged sloes, hand-picked after the first frosts have arrived. Based on a classic recipe with a twist, Sloe Road is a light, dry version of a traditional porter. Malty, roasted chocolate hints give way to a crisp, refreshing finish. The addition of wild foraged sloes adds earthy bitterness and notes of autumnal fruit.
