West Coast Session IPA – 4.8% A celebration of new growth, New Shoots is a hop-forward, summery pale ale. Plenty of classic American West Coast hops, with the addition of freshly foraged conifer tips, makes for a refreshing ale with punchy citrus and pine flavours. New Shoots is named after its not-so-secret ingredient; the fresh tips from larch, spruce and pine trees, gathered in the spring and added to the beer. Young conifer tips give fresh grassy and citrus notes (as well as light piney, resinous flavours), and these align beautifully with the American hop varieties we’ve used. Wonderfully
