The base wheat beer has hints of tangy citrus and spice from the yeast, and the addition of 100kg of Perthshire blackcurrants in the fermenter adds tart fruit flavour and blackcurrant aroma. With light bitterness and a gorgeous hazy colour, Blackcurrant is a delicious reminder of the autumn harvest.
