There are 357 bottles of this whisky, which has been aged in an ex-Jack Daniels cask, then finished in an ex-Sauternes cask. Sweeney mountain is a local landmark and part of the estate our property was originally part of. With an elevation of 189 metres, it s more hill than mountain.
