Seggiano organic orzo is a whole wheat ancient grain pasta. Made from the Sicilian ancient grains Timillia, Russello and Maiorca. Locally farmed and sustainable organic ancient grain varieties are freshly milled for each batch of pasta, which is made within hours to limit oxidisation, using the pure water from Mount Etna.
