Our popular Cheddar cheese, aged for 9 months then lightly smoked over whisky barrel chips to give a subtle smoky flavour that does not overpower the cheese. Please Note: All of our cheeses are handcut to order, and as such, weights may vary slightly, but will always be within 20g of the weight stated.
