Mindful Maze Boards are an easy-to-use, hands-on way to help children develop self-management skills through guided breathing exercises. Each board features two tactile designs. Children use their index fingers to trace along a design and follow the breathing pattern. There are 6 patterns from which to choose including Rainbow Breath, Square Breath, and Star Breath. These colourful, tactile boards encourage children to experiment and find their favourite. The set has 3 double-sided boards and a Getting Started Guide.
