Netphos 50 should be used to prepare metal surfaces for painting or other types of product finishing. It can be used to remove rust, to degrease and phosphate surfaces and to passivate surfaces preparing them for storage. Ideal for removing traces of rust, from sound surfaces, without damaging the paintwork and, at low concentrations, it will leave a layer of iron phosphate on the treated surfaces. It is suitable for use with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. NETPHOS 50 is used to de-rust mechanical parts to provide a bonding base for paint. The treated parts are also passivated so can rema
