Produced using 100% renewable energy! Mild, solid and fleshy up to 7 inches long. This is one of the most common commercially grown chiles in New Mexico and is also known as Hatch Chilli. It is often grilled by the roadside and sold in "trunk loads" in New Mexico. 15 seeds per pack. Heat level: Approx. 800 SHUs. Learn about Scoville Heat Units (SHUs) here . Harvest: Starts fruiting about 90 days from potting on as seedlings and under good growing conditions . Fruits ripen from green to red. Size: Plants can get quite tall, over 1m and will require support. Storage Store in a cool, dry place.
