This self-inflating pillow is specially designed to make sure you have a comfortable night's sleep, equally supporting both sides of the head due to the ‘butterfly’ shape. As it is self-inflating, the pillow can be removed from its stuff sack and will inflate to a standard size. Air can be added or removed to a personal comfort through the blow-and-lock valve system.
