Rio Caribe Gold, a 72% Venezuelan cacao dark chocolate, is an adventure in taste with its complex nut and coffee notes. Here, it’s partnered with Sea Flakes, made from single-estate 44% Rio Caribe milk chocolate and a touch of Cornish sea salt for a deliciously creamy bar with a slightly savoury crunch. The bars are expertly crafted using only natural ingredients in Willie’s Cacao’s bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Devon, UK.
