From the wild open spaces of the Sicilian macchia, this exceptional olive oil is created from a blend of Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice olives. Its vibrant aroma of green tomatoes, hay and woody herbs continues on the palate and is closely followed by a black-pepper kick. Use it in dressings or recipes – and it’s just as wonderful served with crusty bread, balsamic vinegar and your favourite cheese.
