A rich, aromatic strawberry preserve for slathering on warm croissants, topping cheesecakes or dolloping on scones. England Preserves was founded in 2001 after Sky Cracknell and Kai Knutsen met in Borough Market, London, at the start of the farmers’ market movement in the UK. The company still produces high-fruit, low-sugar preserves from fruit grown in the British countryside.
