100% Pure Wool Woven on the Isle of Skye Wool throw or blanket inspired by the sunsets over Loch Pooltiel, our local sea loch in Glendale. For a couple of weeks in spring and autumn the sun sets in our bay, and if the weather is right we get the most beautiful colours in the sky and sea loch. The bright colours are in stark contrast to the dark shoreline and islands in the background. The stripes in this throw represent the different hues of the loch and the sky. We used dark brown wool from Hebridean sheep to represent the land. Approx. measurements: Length (excl. fringe) 190cm Width 143cm
